Terms of Use — Takhte Khan

By installing and using the Takhte Khan backgammon game you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.
1. Using the game
The game is free and provided for personal entertainment. You are granted a non-commercial, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it.
The following are not permitted:
- Reverse engineering, tampering with or modifying the game files
- Using cheats or automation tools to obtain coins or rank
- Redistributing the game or any part of it without written permission
- Using the game for any unlawful purpose
2. Coins and in-game items
In-game coins have no monetary value. They cannot be bought with real money, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred to another player. The game contains no in-app purchases of any kind.
Coins and unlocked items are stored on your device. They are lost if you uninstall the game, and we hold no backup of them.
3. Ranking
Your rank score is calculated from your game results and the opponent difficulty. The calculation rules may change for game balance. A rank indicates progress in the game and carries no material or legal value.
4. Advertising
The game displays ads. Ad content belongs to the advertisers and we are not responsible for their products or services. Tapping an ad takes you to the advertiser's site, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Intellectual property
The name, logo, board artwork, checkers, rank emblems, sounds and game code belong to us or to our licensors. The rules of backgammon itself are public heritage and we claim nothing over them.
6. Service availability
Most of the game works offline and does not depend on our service. Online matches, notifications and ads require the server and may be temporarily unavailable, change, or be discontinued in future.
7. Limitation of liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for lost game progress, lost coins, or any indirect damage arising from use of the game.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the game means accepting the new one.
